Items must be shipped at the customer's expense back to us at 167 Pelham Trail NW, Vass, NC 28394 within 7 days of purchase.&nbsp; Your items must be clean, unused in original packaging.&nbsp; Please send us a note and/or email to PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange for your items. Your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days once we receive the item back. We are happy to send you a return label with discounted shipping prices. Just let us know!&nbsp;

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Items can be exchanged for the value of which they were purchased. Should an item go on sale or clearance after purchase, the exchange or refund will be at the original purchase price.
