Refund Policy

Return/Exchange Policy: 

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  • Returns due to personal preference (fit, color, logo design, etc.) are accepted, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.


    For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping and refund in full.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item(s) must be in original condition.
  • Item(s) must not have been worn, stained, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Item(s) marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be exchanged or returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.


Cancellations: Putter Girl accepts cancellations to your order within 24 hours of placing the order.  Please email us at PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order.  Please contact us about any problems with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on  FINAL SALE CLEARANCE items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE CLEARANCE items or gift cards. 

Exchanges
Please contact us via email at PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com. Let us know the reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Items can be exchanged for the value of which they were purchased. Should an item go on sale or clearance after purchase, the exchange or refund will be at the original purchase price. PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
