We are currently shipping in 3-5 business days. We ship USPS first class for all orders under 1 pound, and USPS Priority Mail for all orders over 1 pound. 

Your package will be delivered to the address that was provided in your Order. Please make sure you choose the correct first and last name and address at checkout.

Not the perfect fit? We will find a solution for you. Your purchase can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. 

Items must be shipped at the customer's expense back to us at 167 Pelham Trail NW, Vass, NC 28394. We will be happy to send you a return label with a reduced shipping cost and deduct that from the refund. Just let us know! Your items must be clean, unused with original tags on them.  Please send us a note and/or email to PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com to let us know if you would like a refund or exchange for your items. Your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days.  

Cancellations: Putter Girl accepts cancellations to your order within 24 hours of placing the order.  Please email us at PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order.
