Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
 
For defective or incorrect items, we'll cover return shipping and refund in full.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.&nbsp; Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE CLEARANCE items or gift cards.&nbsp;
Exchanges Please contact us via email at PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com. Let us know the reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Items can be exchanged for the value of which they were purchased. Should an item go on sale or clearance after purchase, the exchange or refund will be at the original purchase price. PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.&nbsp; If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com.

REFUND POLICY

We are currently shipping in&nbsp;3-5 business days. We ship USPS first class for all orders under 1 pound, and USPS Priority Mail for all orders over 1 pound.&nbsp; Your package will be delivered to the address that was provided in your Order. Please make sure you choose the correct first and last name and address at checkout.
