Exchanges Please contact us via email at PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com and let us know what you would like to exchange. Any exchanges must be returned to Putter Girl within 14 days of receipt. Let us know the reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is accepted, we will initiate the exchange. Items can be exchanged for the value of which they were purchased. Should an item go on sale or clearance after purchase, the exchange or refund will be at the original purchase price. PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
