Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges Please contact us via email at PutterGirlUSA@gmail.com and let us know what you would like to exchange. Any exchanges must be returned to Putter Girl within 14 days of receipt. Let us know the reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is accepted, we will initiate the exchange. Items can be exchanged for the value of which they were purchased. Should an item go on sale or clearance after purchase, the exchange or refund will be at the original purchase price. PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. We are currently shipping in&nbsp;3-5 business days. We ship USPS first class for all orders under 1 pound, and USPS Priority Mail for all orders over 1 pound.&nbsp; Your package will be delivered to the address that was provided in your Order.
