Let us know the reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is accepted, we will initiate the exchange. Items can be exchanged for the value of which they were purchased. REFUND POLICY

We ship USPS first class for all orders under 1 pound, and USPS Priority Mail for all orders over 1 pound.&nbsp; Your package will be delivered to the address that was provided in your Order.
